From fajitas and flautas to enchiladas and taquitos, Casa Sanchez Mexican Restaurant has been serving fine, homemade food to Inland Empire residents for nearly 26 years. Owner Serafin Sanchez says his establishment’s mission has always been to provide its customers with authentic Mexican cuisine in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Along with offering breakfast items such as carnitas and eggs and huevos rancheros, Casa Sanchez’s menu also includes a wide array of appetizers, soups, combination plates and specialty platters. Serafin says fajitas are among one of his restaurant’s most popular entrees. Lunch specials also are available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily and prices start at $5.95. “Our business has been built on our regulars,” said Sanchez. “Many people have been coming here since we opened. Some were just kids at the time and now they come in with families of their own.”
