Two brothers Jose Guadalupe and Serafin Sanchez came to California in the 70’s in search of a better life. They worked at several restaurants and in 1991 Jose rented a restaurant called Casa Alvarez. They bought it outright and renamed it “Casa Sanchez”. It was their mission to provide their customers with authentic and fresh Mexican delicacies such as fajitas, flautas, enchiladas, burritos, menudo. They also provide an array of appetizers, breakfast menu, soups and combination plates.
They have followed their family recipes to preserve the taste and presentation of each plate that is served. They delight in doing everything possible to make your visit a pleasant and delightful experience to savor “ THE TASTE OF MEXICO”. They cater all events big and small and their motto is” let us take care of all the cooking so you can enjoy your event”
