Arrowhead may be big, but you’d never know it by walking into one of our 11 branches. Member service is the top priority–many members have been coming in for years, and are greeted by name. There is a great sense of community in each branch.

It makes sense–Arrowhead is adamant about only hiring stars. Team members, especially those in branches, not only have to be great at their jobs, but have a winning personality and a passion for service.

The team at Arrowhead is also passionate about staying true to our community roots. All team members are invited to participate in events like toy drives, canned food drives, and donating supplies to benefit veterans. The team members at individual branches also participate in their local communities and often can be found creating handmade cards for sick children at Loma Linda Children’s Hospital, donating blood, and collecting items like coats and diapers for local underprivileged families.

Arrowhead has been an Inland Empire Institution since 1949 when it was started by a group of San Bernardino County employees. Today, more than 60 years later, Arrowhead is open to anyone who lives, works, or worships in San Bernardino or Riverside counties.
