According to Diane Tharp, co-owner of Upland Steam Carpet Cleaning Company, her business model from the start has always been about three main objectives: quality, value and great customer service. Diane says her technicians are of the highest caliber in industry training and customer service. “We want our customers to feel at ease with our technicians in their home.” Diane says. “That’s a huge deal for us.”

Upland Steam has been servicing the Inland Empire with excellence for 35 years. Along with carpet and upholstery cleaning, the family owned business also offers tile and grout cleaning.
